Hi, I’m Lindsey, and I am delighted to introduce myself as a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Practitioner. As an RTT® Practitioner, I have undergone extensive training and certification, equipping me with the skills to guide you through overcoming your personal challenges and achieving everlasting change. I specialise in empowering individuals like you to break free from limiting beliefs, emotional barriers, and self-sabotaging behaviours by combining the principles of hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming. I can help you unlock your true potential and embrace the life you deserve. I want to share with you my passion for rules of the mind, and how powerful our mind is.
People don’t realise they have the power to talk themselves into something or talk themselves out of it.
You have the power to choose how you want to live your life directed by your thoughts.
Your thoughts form a blueprint from your mind, body and psyche that work together to make your reality. I love sharing the powerful insights about the mind that you can implement every single day in every situation.
People believe that life is happening to them, but in reality, you are in control of how think, react and respond to any given situation, you get to choose every single day how you show up and respond. The mind also learns by repetition, we can together, become aware of all the outdated, unwanted beliefs that you are repeating on a daily basis. One of my favourite rules of the mind is what you focus on you get more of, so tune into what you are focusing on, the good the bad the unhelpful and reframe and redirect it. - Just a few simple tweaks can make a huge difference to how you show up.
Showing up with ultimate confidence and high self esteem, knowing you are good enough, worthy enough and important enough and here for a reason.
When you understand how the mind works everything becomes so clear.

What To Expect

Get In Touch
You will be directed to a calendar to register your booking.
Discovery Meeting
This is where we look at what you want to achieve, and can take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. This consultation is an extremely important part of our work together.
Therapy Session
Through a focused meditation, you will enter a relaxed state of mind, in which you are in control and able to understand the cause of your issue. You will create new beliefs and habits that enable you to be the person you want to be.
Transformational Audio
You will be given a transformational recording which is completely personal to you. This gives your mind the suggestions you need to upgrade to new supportive beliefs which are inline with what you want from your life. You will listen to this recording for at least 21 days.
Follow Up and Support
There is an option of up to 12 weeks of follow-up and support by email and phone to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your therapy session. This shall match the program outline and the fee structure.
